Courier Delivery Our couriers require signatures when parcels are delivered. We are not able to instruct couriers to leave parcels at an address without a signature confirming delivery. If you are not home when the courier delivers, they will leave a card, and you can call the depot to arrange another delivery address or time. Alternatively, if no one is home on a regular basis, you can give a work or business address for delivery when you place your order. PO Box Address We cannot courier goods to a PO Box. If this is the only option, please contact us to arrange delivery via NZ Post prior to purchasing.
