THE POWERTOOL CENTRE is New Zealand’s longest-established network of retailers dealing exclusively in specialist power tools and accessories.
Each and every one is independently owned and operated - and therein lies the secret for much of their success.
The owners are very much hands-on and, boy, do they know their tools! As recognised specialists, they’re widely respected by tradespeople and serious DIY’ers alike.
Unlike many retail chains today, Powertool Centres are not part of a franchise. Instead, they are members of a co-operative which had its beginnings back in the 1980s and since then has built an impressive reputation that extends nationwide.
